- I think that any reasonably bright person could dump the MAC ROMS and then
- "reverse-engineer" them to figure out how to emulate a Mac.

- The problem is that it would be difficult to market such a product when all
- of your time would be spent in court. Apple would take you apart and
- rightly so because such a product would be illegal without a license from
- Apple.

- The whole point about Executor is that is was developed using totally
- "clean room" techniques by people with absolutely no information about
- the ROM contents. This makes the product "squeaky clean" from a legal
- standpoint.

- Given this limitation, I think ARDI has done an incredible job and
- produced a fantastic product. The only people who are getting hurt are
- unemployed lawyers :-)
