  1. Just wanted to know if anyone has successfully used the Word 5.1a 
  2. spellcheck feature under Executor?

  4. I'm having a lot of problems with it.  First of all, it's really slow.  
  5. Well, okay, it is slow even when I run it on a real Mac.  The way I fixed 
  6. this was to turn "always suggest spellings" off -- I guess the word 
  7. suggestion algorithm is a slow one.  But I can't do this under Executor, 
  8. because whenever I try to change the settings in the Spelling "control 
  9. panel", they never get saved across sessions.  Hmm.

  11. I also can't seem to use any custom dictionaries.  They don't get saved 
  12. across Word sessions either.

  14. Am I an isolated case here, or are others having problems with the 
  15. spelling feature?  If this is a problem, does (a) ARDI know about it? and 
  16. (b) are they doing something about it?

  18. The Word program itself seems to run OK, though.
