  23. We've seen occasional mouse problems here and there.  Until I saw this
  24. report I thought that the only outstanding ones were with the logitech
  25. "cloaking" and with Executor under Windows NT.

  27. First, try getting 1.99q7.  We fixed some non-mouse related bugs that
  28. are deep enough into Executor that there's a slim chance that they
  29. will get rid of the problem.  If that doesn't work, do this (requires
  30. 1.99q7):

  32.     executor > backtrac
  33.  
  34. Then when Executor locks up type Ctrl-BREAK (BREAK is probably the
  35. right most key on your keyboard up on the row with the function keys
  36. on it).  That should leave a backtrace in the file "backtrac".  If you
  37. then send us a copy of backtrac with an explanation that will help us
  38. get a handle on what's going on.

  43. Well, if it's any consolation, we're working around the clock to get
  44. Executor 2 to work with all sorts of hardware/software combinations
  45. that we don't have in house.  I apologize for the inconvenience you've
  46. been put through.  I suspect we can get things going once we know a
  47. little more.
