  1.     I don't know if there is a good workaround for this or not.  When you
  2. mount a drive under NEXTSTEP, it checks through a set sequence to determine
  3. what all it is.  CD-ROM is something like the second or third thing.  HFX is
  4. the last, I would presume because it is being added to the end of the list, as
  5. it were.  So, if you mount a Mac CD-ROM while Executor is running, it will be
  6. loaded under NEXTSTEP, which cannot always see all the files on Mac CD-ROMs,
  7. and thinks everything is a text file, even if it is an application.  I've
  8. solved some of this by rebooting with Daydream, transfering the necessary
  9. executables to a SyQuest cartridge, rebooting NS, starting Executor, and then
  10. iserting the SyQuest cartridge, which is then seen by Executor.
