  7. Right.  Macs don't use filename extensions to map files to applications; 
  8. they use two four-character codes for creator and file-type.  To make an 
  9. icon double-clickable in Executor, you need to click on it, Get Info (or 
  10. LeftAlt-I), and change the type and creator to that of a file which you 
  11. already know to be double-clickable.  This is more trouble than it's worth. 
  12.  Just open up StuffIt, then open up your file from the File/Open box.  All 
  13. Executor File/Open boxes I know of allow you to open all files.

  25. works.  What do you mean by a "Hypercard-required program"?
