  20. To whoever may read this,

  22. This is not a typical chain letter, in that by passing it on to as
  23. many people as you can, you are taking part in what may yet become the
  24. world's biggest practical joke. The U.S. Government has recently
  25. passed an act which enforces censorship on the Internet. A group of
  26. Internet users has now come together to kick back at this oppression,
  27. and have a bit of fun at the same time.

  29. The aim of this exercise is to re-establish the United States as "The
  30. Land of the Free", not a fascist state where freedom of speech and
  31. thought are curtailed. Communist Russia fell as a result of such limits
  32. being placed upon the minds of the general populus. On receiving this
  33. letter, please pass it on to as many friends or e-mail lists as you can.
  34. We predict that if everybody copies the letter to 5 other addresses, by
  35. February 29th 1996, this letter should have reached in excess of 2 million
  36. people. That's when the fun begins........

  98. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a
  99. speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and

  102. the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the
  103. witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining
  104. witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his
