  16. Well, 1.99q5 really wasn't supposed to fix many bugs, mostly just
  17. correct a couple egregious regressions (Risk broke, Excel 4 charting
  18. functions broke).  The fact that there are other bug-fixes in there is
  19. more just a function of how we do our development.  We haven't had a
  20. chance to look at the Photoshop bug in question yet.  Sorry.
