  25. Additionally, I have a problem with Executor not liking the number of files 
  26. I have set in the environment.  It tells me that the minimum requirement is 
  27. FILES=30.  NO MATTER WHAT I SET THE FILES TO I GET THE ERROR unless I turn 
  28. off the files check on the command line when starting Executor.
