  6. No, Executor isn't able to do that.  VESA's VBE video driver spec
  7. provides no way to adjust monitor refresh rates, and (I think)
  8. specifies that the video driver is responsible for choosing a good
  9. refresh rate.  I believe the ability to programmatically set refresh
  10. rates was to be specified in a different VESA driver standard, but I'm
  11. not sure if that standard has been released yet.
