- Interesting. We've seen this with some Gateways before. Have you
- tried "-nosound" under 1.99q to see if that helps?

- Real old programs often directly access the sound hardware that was
- present on early Macs. Newer old programs are probably accessing the
- "Sound Driver". We don't support either of those sound interfaces
- yet. There's no reason we can't, but the sound work was done by a
- volunteer and we won't be able to fund future sound development until
- after Executor 2 is shipping.
