  1. I have executor 1.99p6 installed on DOS and Linux drives on the same machine.

  5. I can read/write floppies fine under linux, but if I start the DOS version 
  6. with a floppy in the A: drive I get the following error signature:

  22. My hardware configuration is as follows:

  24. Gateway 2000 486/33 with: 
  25.         16mb ram
  26.         IDE and scsi drives (scsi drive /dev/sda1 is for linux)
  27.         A: is 3.5 inch floppy
  28.         B: is 5.25 inch floppy

  30. Problem#2:

  32. I cannot print files from MacDraw II.  I can successfully print files
  33. from word 5.0 under linux using a "magic filter",lpr and ghostscript.  
  34. My printer is an HP Laserjet 2P on LPT1.  Is there a simple way to direct
  35. the executor printer output (under linux) to a file so we can examine the
  36. file?  I would like to e-mail the file to you for your analysis.

  40. I tried to install Excel 4.0 and can get Excel to come up (under linux)
  41. but when I attempt to do a calculation is kills executor.  I can enter text
  42. in cells ok, but no numerical assignments/calculations.  I use the MicroSoft
  43. installation program.  Is there an alternate installation procedure?

  45. Keep up the good work.  I would like to use linux for >90% of my work and DOS
  46. or Windows for the other <10% and would need to be able to run the MicroSoft
  47. Office applications under linux to do this.
