- I do not have an explanation for what's happening to you. Is there
- any chance you have something in your .Xresources that's messing
- things up? Off hand, I would guess that the problem is on your end if
- reinstalling 1.99p from scratch yields a result different from when
- you were running 1.99p a month or so ago.
-
- I'm cc'ing this to the Executor list just in case there are several
- other people in your predicament and they're waiting for an answer
- from us on this one. To the best of my knowledge, though, you're the
- only one.

-
- I took time to play with DT III and it appears that there are some
- major problems with at least some of the patterns that DT III
- supplies. We hope to have them fixed soon.

- I just checked, and you're right. However, the problem doesn't appear
- in our latest build, so it is probably already fixed over here,
- although when we build a release for external consumption we turn up
- the level of optimization that we use, so there's a slight chance that
- this problem will reappear when we build the first test version of
- 1.99p7, but it's in our For_199p7 file, so if that happens, we'll
- notice it.
-
- Jeff> Hope these problems are easy ones to fix...
-
- The toughest one is the first one, because we can't reproduce it
- locally.
