  1. I'm sorry if this has already been asked. I'm a new subscriber to this 
  2. list and I'm stuck with a problem.

  4. I tried the SVGALIB Linux 1.99p a.out version (executor-svga) but it 
  5. seems the mouse is not working. This happens in both of my Linux boxes.
  6. They are both all a.out systems.

  8. One of them has an 1.2.13 kernel (yes, I applied the 
  9. ardi_kernel_1.2.13.patch) with a Logitech busmouse on IRQ2 (=IRQ9).
  10. When I run executor-svga the mouse pointer flashes, jumping around the 
  11. upper left corner of the screen. Fundamentally it doesn't move from the 
  12. upper left corner and I'm even unable to open the executor File menu.

  14. The other box has an 1.2.10 kernel without ardi_kernel_1.2.13.patch 
  15. applied and the mouse pointer doesn't move at all from the upper left 
  16. corner of the executor screen.
  17. I forgot to mention that executor (X11 version) runs fine, i.e. the mouse 
  18. is OK, in both systems.

  20. As a final note I'd like to ask if any other site is available, apart 
  21. from vorlon.mit.edu which seems to be down, which is carrying the 
  22. latest version. When it was up I saw it has an 1.99p6 version. The other 
  23. sites, including ftp.ardi.com, seem to be at level 1.99p only. Is it 
  24. worth downloading this absolutely latest version?
