  18. There's a bug in Executor's new "auto-refresh" code that can cause it
  19. to turn on refresh mode when it shouldn't.  This can happen in
  20. Speedometer.  If you bring up the alt-shift-5 panel and see that
  21. refresh mode is on, that's the culprit.  This should be fixed in
  22. 1.99p6.

  24. By the way, you might want to get 1.99p5 since it fixes a few serious
  25. bugs in 1.99p4.
