  9. We could do that but there's no way we could support many peripherals.
  10. That means we won't do it unless someone pays us big bucks to do it.
  11. On the other hand, we may indeed work on a stripped Linux distribution
  12. that would allow people to install E/L without having to have Linux,
  13. but we probably won't even do that until SVGAlib supports more video
  14. cards well.

  16. BTW, While I'm waiting for people with slow DOS disk access to try
  17. 951028, I'm also working on getting E/D to properly read (short
  18. filenames only) HPFS drives.  I think I've found the problem, and
  19. unlike the slow DOS disk stuff, this is something I can actually test
  20. in house.
