  11. The Apple-cd drive is a SCSI device.  Make sure you have cdrom SCSI 
  12. support installed in your kernel.

  14. If you running slackware you might want to run the setup program to
  15. make the synlink from the SCSI device to /dev/cdrom.  Then it should work.

  17. Make sure you terminate the apple-cdrom..=) They are known for not doing
  18. it internal on some of their cdroms.
