- DOOM runs in 320x200 at 8 bits per pixel, which is an old-style VGA
- mode, not a SuperVGA mode. Larger screen sizes require SVGA modes,
- which requires board-specific driver support. We *could* let Executor
- run in 320x200x8 mode, but it would look incredibly bad.
