  18. I have.  Maelstrom has worked in all of the other versions I've tried it 
  19. in.  (1.99k, m, n, n5, and o)  When I unzipped the new EXECUTOR.EXE from 
  20. the zipfile in the BleedingEdge directory, and started E/D 1.99o4 up, that 
  21. was the first time I had trouble with it.

  27. I have the file "4D61656C.ECF" in my CONFIGUR directory, but I doubt that 
  28. the problem is related to refresh or pretend sound, because without 
  29. refresh it would hang at the gameplay screen, and without sound, the 
  30. program would say that it needs sound, and would quit.  When I try to run 
  31. it, it hangs at the screen with the big Maelstrom logo, and the 
  32. "Loading..." status bar.  After the status bar gets filled, it keeps 
  33. accessing my hard drive, and sits there.  I have to do a Control-Break.

  35. Do you have any ideas?  Should I send you the EIP values I get after 
  36. breaking?
