- Evelyn> How do I do that?
-
- Find out what device your SCSI drive is, then set the MacVolumes
- environment variable to it's name in /dev, e.g.:
-
- export MacVolumes=/dev/sdb
-
- Of course you'll need read/write permission on the device in question.
- If you get the device wrong, Executor will notice that it's not a Mac
- filesystem and will leave it alone.

- How have you transferred the files?

-
- That's good to hear. Which version of Framemaker?
-
- Evelyn> Quicken runs, but is unusable because the colours in the

-
- Must be Quicken 4 or earlier. Which version? We have 4 over here and
- I don't recall the color problem, but I haven't looked at it in a
- while.
-
- Evelyn> Executor doesn't cope with files across mount points at

-
- Can you be more specific? I think that might be a problem that was
- solved in 1.99o. Please get 1.99o if you haven't already. If you
- still have the problems, send a little more detail to "bugs@ardi.com".
-
- Evelyn> The most annoying problem is that when I'm running a

-
- Strange. What kernel?
