  13. Some programs get confused by things that Executor does (or doesn't
  14. do) that a real Mac won't do.  Sometimes they get so confused that
  15. they print error messages that are not particularly appropriate.
  16. Either that is happening, or Jetpack is doing something unexpected to
  17. determine whether or not we have Color QuickDraw.

  25. I'm not sure what you're asking here.  I *think* you're asking where
  26. to pick up Color QuickDraw.  Executor *will not* work with the old
  27. 32-bit color quickdraw init, but it does have a color quickdraw
  28. equivalent built in.  The conflict between Executor and JetPack will
  29. have to be fixed over here (ARDI).  I've just started pulling it over
  30. and will give it a spin in a few minutes, in between answering e-mail.

  32. Internally we can now run with the switch "-system 7" and are
  33. beginning to be able to run programs that *require* System 7.  NIH
  34. Image 1.58 is limping and we're making great progress on a bunch of
  35. other big-ticket applications.

  37. BTW, yesterday I thought I'd get my e-mail box cleaned out -- I was
  38. dreadfully wrong.  I wound up getting tired sooner than I thought and
  39. so I still have about 65 e-mail messages to reply to.  I'm getting
  40. there though and I *think* I'll be awake for several more hours.
