  1. Good Guy wanted to know how to print the .ps file E/D created. I use 
  2. Linux, but my DOS experience tells me he could try this:

  4. c:>copy /b execouta.ps prn
  5.  
  6. That will send a copy in binary to the printer. If the Laserjet is really 
  7. setup to understand PostScript, it should print it out. In my personal 
  8. experience, what I've got is a copy of the PostScript source because the 
  9. Laserjet I was using really did not understand PostScript. After running the 
  10. .ps through Ghostscript, though, I have sent the HCL file to prn with the 
  11. above command and gotten great output.

  13. (By the way, Executor/Linux n5 has been printing great straight from executor
  14. using executor_filter to pipe the output through Ghostscript.)
