- the "overscan color" even under VESA 2. This is annoying and we may
- be able to fix it for some selected video cards with special case code

- An HFV is just the raw bits that you'd have on a Mac formatted
- diskette or hard drive. It has been suggested that we implement an
- option that zeros out unused blocks, and it's a good suggestion, but
- it's a lower priority task than many other things on our plate,
- getting Photoshop 3 running, for instance.

- BTW, as you may be able to tell from this response, I'm approximately
- one week behind in answering non-critical mail. I hope to get caught
- up before Hackathon I starts, but I'll probably slip behind again
