- Yes, our upgrade policy does need some work. I've written some
- software which could allow us to create relatively small upgrade
- programs from 1.99n to 1.99o (etc.), but it would take some work to
- get it right. It might, for example, require you to install a fresh
- 1.99n and then update that.

- The problem is that various shareware and freeware utilities have
- license restrictions that preclude us from making them available. We
- need to check the redistribution restrictions of each program
- ourselves before we can make it available.
