  7. Well, Office was made for Win32.  That is not what Win 3.1 was based off of. 
  8.   I infact use Win32, and know that not everything will run.  Win95 when 
  9. released will have a much stabler win32 subsystem, and many more calls 
  10. added.  Not to mention, Microsoft will never make another Win32 addon for 
  11. Windows 3.1.
