  3. Recently I sent a message to this maling list about the availability of
  4. Apple's file REDIT on CompuServe's MACDEV forum. I offered to send this file
  5. to the recipients of this list. Although I had best intentions for doing
  6. this, it has become obvious that although this software is freely available
  7. on CompuServe, one is explicitly forbidden to redistribute it by electronic
  8. means. One is only allowed to download it for private use.

  10. In the meantime the file has been sent to two persons that have been told to
  11. destroy their copy.

  13. The above offer has ofcourse been withdrawn.
