  25. We are making small strides in this area between every release, but
  26. the major strides will be made during our "hackathon", which may begin
  27. a month from now.  We still have to write some new code and we still
  28. have to write some new tools before the hackathon can begin.

  50. Yes, we'll continue releasing experimental releases after 2.0 ships.
  51. We've already done a much work associated with serial port and sound
  52. support, so those two will come up quickly.  The other things we'll be
  53. working on (concurrently; we'll have two or three times the number of
  54. engineers once 2.0 is out) will be WorldScript (the ability to use
  55. Executor with Asian languages), ports to a variety of platforms,
  56. PowerPC emulation, AppleTalk support and *hopefully* System 7 drop in
  57. support.
