  1. When loading Executor Dos Release M, my screen has evenly spaced 
  2. vertical lines going from top to bottom spanning from all the way on 
  3. the left of the screen to all the way on the right.  I saw this error 
  4. once in a great while with the older releases, generally when I had 
  5. just exited out of a Windows, or other program that pushed by video 
  6. board into SuperVGA mode.  With Release M, I get it when I am running 
  7. no other programs.  My video board is an STB Windows Accelerator using 
  8. the S3 chipset.
