  11. Sorry Jim, it's Executor's fault, and unlike other incompatibilities,
  12. these are probably not likely to be fixed soon.  In order to make it
  13. very clear that all the code that was written for Executor was written
  14. by us, and not copied from Apple, we go to great lengths not to expose
  15. ourselves to Apple's code.  That means we've never disassembled the
  16. Apple ROMs, or Apple system files.  The latter category includes the
  17. finder (which is why we wrote our own) and ResEdit.

  19. With almost any other program, we would just run it under Executor and
  20. examine what's happening when the program dies and then fix Executor.
  21. However, we can't do that with ResEdit.
