  6. ARDI did not charge you $44; we only charged you $114 ($99 + $15 for
  7. international shipping [note: the international shipping costs us $18,
  8. so we lose money there]).  Presumably the $44 charge was customs that
  9. is required in Sweden.  Our prices do not reflect customs charges
  10. because they vary from country to country.  Until now we have had no
  11. complaints about this policy, although we did have one customer ask us
  12. to mark the software as a gift for customs purposes.  We can't do
  13. that; it is illegal, even if it may be a widespread practice.  Sorry.
