  3. I was out of the office much of Sunday, and when I came in I found a
  4. lot of inappropriate e-mail had been sent to this list.  Apparently
  5. someone was very frustrated about not being able to unsubscribe and
  6. said so in impolite terms.  Someone else on the list resented that
  7. person's tone and forwared the original offensive letter to its author
  8. about a dozen times and inadvertantly cc'd the forwarded mail to this
  9. list.  Yahoo.  The original author has been removed from this list and
  10. the other participant has apologized, so hopefully this little debacle
  11. of courtesy is behind us.

  13. As many of you know, the 1.99h release for DOS has severe problems.
  14. We've been working hard on fixing them and hope to have 1.99i out
  15. soon (this week or next).

  17. On Sunday, February 19, I'll be on "Craig Crossman's Computer America
  18. Show", a coast-to-coast radio show running from 3pm to 6pm east coast
  19. time.  I don't have a list of affiliates, and I won't be saying
  20. anything that you haven't heard before, but I figured I'd mention it
  21. in case you're bored now that football season is over.  If you're
  22. actually in the West Palm Beach area, there is a local show from 10pm
  23. to midnight on WJNO (AM 1230, AM 1330) that I'll also be on.

  25. If you know anyone at IBM's Boca Raton site that might be interested
  26. in Executor, I'll be able to give a personal demonstration on Friday,
  27. February 17.  Just have anyone who is interested send me e-mail.  One
  28. of our goals is for Executor/DOS to once again run under OS/2 by the
  29. time I'm out in Florida (hopefully in 1.99i).
