  2.     I'm happy to see the new version of Executor/DOS up on the net.
  3. I've noticed a few problems:

  5.     1) As others have reported, the mouse occasionally seems to
  6. blatantly stop accepting clicks.
  7.     2) Clicking in the copyright dialog box that appears when
  8. Executor is started (but not on OK or Cancel) results in a segmentation fault
  9. and an annoying beep that refuses to stop.
  10.     3) A lot of software won't run:
  11.         - My version of ResEdit still crashes when opening certain
  12. resources (on the upside: it doesn't lock up, it just quits Executor now).
  13. I'd really like to be able to use this program... is my version merely
  14. outdated?
  15.         - THINK C compiled programs that use the console window
  16. will run, but will not accept text input.
  17.         - THINK C does not run correctly.  It is now (thankfully)
  18. able to compile code, but linking (specficially: loading a library)
  19. crashes Executor, and often causes the title bar to flash rapidly.
  20.  
  21.     4) A curiosity... A lil' program I have reports the ROM type as
  22. "Amax II," a Macintosh emulator for the Amiga. Hmm.. what'sup with this? <g>
