  3. Most, but not yet all non-demo copies of Executor 1.2.1 have been  
  4. mailed.  Other than a few hand-delivered copies, the first copies  
  5. were sent starting the 6th of October.  Most copies within the states  
  6. have been sent UPS ground, most non-US copies have been sent US mail.   
  7. Most people who have been given free copies of Executor in the past  
  8. will continue to get free copies, but we had to delay your copies  
  9. being sent so that we could ship them to customers who have purchased  
  10. copies since WE SOLD OUT OUR FIRST PRINTING of the manuals (hooray).

  12. Things are going exceedingly well even though it's taxing our current  
  13. capabilities, since, as you may know, Bill Goldman is no longer with  
  14. us.  The good thing is that our current revenues suggest that we'll  
  15. be able to hire between two to four new full time people early in  
  16. November when our Net/30 money starts coming in.
  17.  
  18. We've already started the process to print more binders (printing  
  19. binders should take more time than printing the manual itself,  
  20. although we ran into enough trouble with the manual printers that  
  21. we're changing printers) and hope to have more copies in ten days.

  23. We just found out that Executor doesn't well on the ADB keyboards.   
  24. If you're in that situation and you've ordered a copy of Executor,  
  25. please be advised that we're working (round the clock; we spend our  
  26. days answering phones) on a patch to Executor 1.2.1 that we can
  27.  
  28.     leave on an ftp site for those with ftp
  29.  
  30.     NeXTmail to those with NeXTmail connections to the internet
  31.  
  32.     and
  33.  
  34.     send on a floppy to those that don't fit in the top two
  35.     categories
  36.  
  37. In light of my previous inability to accurately guess when 1.2.1  
  38. would ship, I hesitate to give an estimate when we'll have the patch  
  39. on unmvax.cs.unm.edu, but it is top priority.
