  3.     As many of you know, we have excellent technology, backed by  
  4. Mickey Mouse documentation and packaging.  If you've ever spoken to  
  5. any of us, we may appear to be overworked and underfed.  Much of this  
  6. is due to the tightness of the financial community with respect to  
  7. ARDI.  The problem has been that with the Apple v. Microsoft lawsuit  
  8. still pending, no one wants to invest in a company such as ours.   
  9. However, apparently Judge Walker has thrown out much of Apple's case.   
  10. It will take a while for us to circle our wagons and capitalize on  
  11. this event, and in fact, since it wasn't a 100% dismissal, we may  
  12. still have to continue the waiting game, but it's looking good.  I  
  13. believe Wednesday's Wall Street journal had an article on page B1  
  14. about the Judge's decision, but I didn't hear about it until now.

  16.     With a little bit of funding, we could be much more  
  17. productive, but even in the worst case, where we have to rely totally  
  18. on sales for the rest of our money, we'll still make excellent  
  19. progress towards our goal of having all the "big ticket" applications  
  20. qualified by next NeXTWORLD Expo.
