  30.      an FPU on a mac is a floating point unit.  It is basically a math
  31. coprocessor. It takes the burden of performing floating decimal point
  32. math off of the cpu from my understanding.   And although executor
  33. *has* a control panel, it is not a *true* control panel like on a mac.  On a
  34. mac there is a place in your control panel to put what are called
  35. *extensions* which are basically what we IBM'ers call device drivers. 
  36. The FPU emulator needs to go in your extensions folder.  There isn't one
  37. in executor, thus the program won't work.  I'm hoping that Ardi will
  38. release a version of executor where you can load the true System 7
  39. operating system.  Once they figure that one out this problem will
  40. disappear.  I haven't registered yet.  I'm waiting to see if they can do this.
