- Hi,
-
- One feature that is offered in many accelerated X servers is
- is hardware cursor support. This means that an image of the cursor is
- loaded to the video card and then only the new X,Y co-ords of the cursor
- need to be given when the cursor is moved. I recently got this working
- on my laptop, and have had no troubles with it at all, expect with
- executor.
-
- I find that in executor when the cursor is moved between windows
- that use a different cursor image, the cursor disappears completely. It
- can be recovered by moving the cursor to fall in a window other than
- executor.
-
- Does anyone else have this problem? I'd rather not have to turn
- off any acceleration features my chipset offers so I can get executor to
- be usable under X. Perhaps this problem has something to do with the way
- executor talks to X?
-
- Regards
