- I use "diald" on my linux system. This program automatically brings up
- a ppp connection whenever any program needs access to the net.
-
- Whenever I run Executor diald immediately brings up the network connection,
- for no apparent reason.
-
- Is there a way to prevent this? (the connection is ISDN and costs money to
- use)? Or, could someone tell me exactly what type of packet Executor is
- sending out so I can tell diald to ignore them?
-
- Thanks,
-
