- In general, if you get an error it's Executor's fault. There are
- always a few exceptions but unless you have a chance to run an app on
- a Mac and see that it gets the same error you should assume that the
- error is Executor's fault.

- create its database but, again, I'd assume the problem is Executor's.

- We spent some time looking int MacGambit. The problem is that they
- want to rearrange how memory is laid out. On a real Mac this is a
- slighly dicey thing to do although it works. Under Executor it causes
- too much trouble. We could support this but there would be too much
- possibility of introducing subtle bugs that affect other programs for
- us to do this right now as we're getting ready for E2.
