- No, just some of them. cwsdpmi.exe (the default DPMI server for
- Executor/DOS under plain DOS) never moves around linear page table
- entries, so it won't be affected by this problem. Of course,
- cwsdpmi.exe supports the DPMI 1.0 memory mapping extensions anyway,
- making -dangerousvideospeedup pointless.
