  19. See if this will work.  It's "dareware", use it if you dare...
  20. It opens an input file, skips the first 84 bytes and writes the
  21. remaining input file to the output file.  There is NO error checking,
  22. so beware, you might end up overwriting an existing file if you're not
  23. careful!  Execute from DOS as:  IMG2HFV <DiskImageFile> <HFVfile>
