- See if this will work. It's "dareware", use it if you dare...
- It opens an input file, skips the first 84 bytes and writes the
- remaining input file to the output file. There is NO error checking,
- so beware, you might end up overwriting an existing file if you're not
- careful! Execute from DOS as: IMG2HFV <DiskImageFile> <HFVfile>
