- hmm. When the installed base of PowerMacs becomes 2-3 times the size of
- the installed base of 68k macs, then you will *start* to have difficulty.
- Does anyone know what this ratio is now? My guess is that there are still
- more 68k macs in use than PowerMacs (although it is probably closing
- in)

- In order to keep up, it is more of an issue to support system7...
- but by the time ardi gets to it, apple may be pushing copeland.

- This is perhaps the worst of all of you statements, because many people
- don't like or need the most current apps. A perfect example is
- Microsoft Word. There are more people that I know using Word 5.1, then
- the slow memory hungry 6.0.
