  24. Executor does not support those color depths.  We put the buttons in
  25. the preferences panel in anticipation of maybe supporting them before
  26. Executor 2 hit "feature freeze", but we didn't end up having time.  We
  27. will remove those misleading buttons from our preferences panel before
  28. Executor 2 ships.

  37. That's very strange!  I would guess a bug in the board's VBE
  38. implementation, but that seems like a pretty big bug for Matrox to let
  39. slip through.  Hmmm.  Do they have a web site where you can check for
  40. driver updates or anything?

  47. I think you should install q12 (perhaps saving a copy of your old
  48. "executor.exe" first to be safe).  q12 fixes far more problems than it
  49. introduces.

  54. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll have time to track down your
  55. 800x600 problem remotely before Executor 2 ships.  At least you can
  56. use 1024x768, so it doesn't seem critically important to fix it.

  60. P.S.  I've heard that the Matrox Millenium has VBE 2.0 built in (which
  61.       is very cool).  Is that true?  "executor -info" will tell you.
