- hello,
- I'm trying to setup ghostscript to use w/ e/l. Executor seems to
- generate ps files with mac-type font names (spaces in between words).
- can someone tell me how to remap a font for use w/ executor? I tried this:
- for a Type1 font Garamond (adobe),
-
- Fontmap file entry
- /AGaramond-Italic (gdi_____.pfb) ;
-
- This works, but executor generates ps files with (AGaramond Italic).
-
- if I try this:
- /AGaramond Italic (gdi_____.pfb) ;
- gs can't find the font, and the font is substituted by some other font.
-
- Does this mean gs can't handle font names with spaces in Fontmap file? If
- this is so, how would I remap fonts? I know this is mailling list for
- executor, but I heard someone mentioned this on here already..
-
- executor works great, but printing needs a little work. I can't print
- fonts in printer's ROM. Also, executor generates incorrect .ps files. I
- can email .ps file and word5.1 doc used to create the .ps file to someone.
