- We don't have any ZIP drives at ARDI yet. We'll probably buy one SCSI
- ZIP drive and one Parallel ZIP drive and then make them go under
- Executor. My *guess* is that they already work well on a NeXTstation,
- although I don't know if NEXTSTEP is smart enough to see the "disk
- inserted events". If not, you'll have to run the command:
-
- /usr/filesystems/HFS_XFer.fs/HFS_XFer.util -p sdN
-
- (where sdN is the /dev entry for your SCSI ZIP drive) after Executor
- has been started to get Executor's attention. You may also need to
- push NeXT's mac.fs entry aside in /usr/filesystems before you boot
- your machine in order to prevent NeXT's HFS filesystem from taking
- over the drive.
-
- It's hard to give specifics when we don't have such a drive in house.

- We're just getting by now, but when E2 ships we should be able to
- E X P A N D.
