  17. Most mac files are available for download are either in MacBinary (".bin"
  18. suffix) or Binhexed (".hqx" suffix). either should be downloadable to your
  19. PC, just make sure to give it an 8.3 filename, leaving the .bin or .hqx as
  20. the last file suffix.
  21. Then run Executor, move the file to a "Mac" partition, and run stuffit
  22. expander to decode and uncompress it.  Make sure you move it to a Mac
  23. partition first or it will go poof!  Mac executables come in two parts, and
  24. the pc file structure does not handle this politely.
