  25. The problem seems to be that the new SoundBlaster library requires
  26. that your BLASTER variable specify an `H' setting...which is
  27. inapplicable for many sound cards!  We're working on getting a fix so
  28. that `H' isn't required.

  30. Anyway, the problem is in Executor, not in the setups of those people
  31. who suddenly lost sound support in 1.99q10.  We hope to get 1.99q11
  32. out fairly soon to fix the problem.
