- Yes, thats true, but isn't Word and/or Executor supposed to *insure* the
- filename does not exceed certain limits? I know in most of the programs I
- use (on my Mac) they will issue a warning dialog when you exceed 32
- characters, and this happens as you type the 33 character.

- I would suspect Executor being at fault. In fact, I just tried a program
- under Exec right now, and when I enter a long filename, not only does it
- not warn me when I exceed the 32 char limit, but the input area (for the
- filename) doesn't scroll over as I exceed the end of the box, which it
- should. I can't even use the cursor to arrow over the filename area which
- exceeds the box to correct any errors in the name.
