  30. A friend of mine who "registered" suddenly lost the Linear Framebuffer 
  31. feature.  No matter how much coaxing and prodding we did (I helped him... 
  32. or at least tried to), we couldn't get ti back on.  But once we 
  33. re-installed UniVBE 5.1a UNregistered... shazam!  LFB was back in 
  34. action.  Weird.
