- That means that you have a 1-CPU license, which is the normal thing.
- With such a license, Executor will not run if there's already another
- copy running on the same CPU (one user at a time is allowed). This
- doesn't matter much under DOS, but it can matter under Linux or
- NEXTSTEP.
