- Unfortunately there is no general way for programs to set the border
- color in SVGA modes (as opposed to VGA modes). Instead it's stuck at
- color 0. Most PC apps make color 0 be black, but the Mac makes color
- 0 be white, so you get a white border. Keeping the border black is up
- to the video driver, and I've suggested to the UniVBE folks that they
- change UniVBE to always force a black border. They thought that
- sounded like a good idea.

- Note that the "white border" problem doesn't happen on all video
- boards (e.g. Mach64 works fine).
