  14. Personally I have not experienced it because I don't have a sound
  15. card.  But it is a common problem.

  30.     I use win95 also.  I noticed this when I ran the lemmings demo
  31. in DOS mode.  Effectively windows was not loaded at the time and it still
  32. flashed for a fraction of a second.
